Kehr Real Estate Group, Inc. was founded as a Real Estate Brokerage firm to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients in today's market. Kehr Real Estate Group specializes in all facets of the Real Estate industry such as: REO's, Short Sales, Multi-Family, Commercial Retail, Land, Acquisitions and Leasing.

Dan W. Kehr, Esq.
Real Estate Broker & Owner
As an Attorney and a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and owner of a Real Estate company Mr. Kehr has a broad real estate and legal background. Mr. Kehr founded Kehr Real Estate Group with the passion to build a great company with a staff committed to going the extra mile to serve our clients. He is committed to delivering the high quality service people expect. The Kehr Real Estate Group takes much pride in knowing that their clients have received the service they were promised and deserve. Mr. Kehr has recently expanded his Real Estate practice and focused his efforts on providing investors and institutions with the unparalleled real estate investment opportunities in purchasing REO’s and Short Sales. Over the past 6 months Mr. Kehr has closed over $6M in REO Real Estate transactions for his Institutional Investors and is managing for them over 75 REO’s throughout San Diego County. Mr. Kehr offers his investor clients a complete full-service firm from which to operate their Real Estate Investment companies. He prides himself on offering his clients a substantial return on their investments.
As an Attorney, Mr. Kehr’s practice primarily focused on Real Estate as well as business and corporate law matters. He provided his National and International Real Estate and business clients with the legal protection and counsel necessary to operate within their respective industry with confidence, stability, and a high-degree of predictability. Mr. Kehr has represented and counseled a wide variety of real estate clients, including, but not limited to, Investors, Developers, Brokers, Mortgage Companies, Lenders as well as financial companies.
Dan earned his Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law. He established his career in San Diego founding his first law firm, Kehr & Snow, later establishing the Kehr Law Group and after merging the Kehr Law Group with Teeple & Hall, LLP. Dan has now turned his focus towards running his real estate brokerage as well as his own Law Practice full time.
